Return Policy
  • For items purchased at tykanclothing.com, all returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
  • To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be sent back in saleable condition, in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • The item must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances.
  • If the item(s) do not fit these requirements, they will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
  • We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
  • All returns must be pre-approved by customer service, and packages received without approval will be declined. Once approved, returns must be shipped within 7 days.
  • The customer is solely responsible for the shipping cost related to returns.
REFUND POLICY

We do not refund under any circumstance. No exceptions.

SHIPPING
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Tykanclothing is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments confirmed delivered by the courier. If your package does not arrive, please contact us.
  • Orders can take 7 business days to process and pack. This time is separate from the actual shipping time.
  • You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number.
